Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring effective supervision of cleaning employees, consistent service quality for clients, and proper reporting to company leadership. This includes staff oversight, inspections, inventory control, client communications, and reporting to leadership. Responsibilities 1. Staff Oversight & Attendance Track availability of cleaning staff and adherence to labor laws. Validate and approve employee hours for payroll. Monitor staff punctuality, performance, and conduct. Provide coaching, corrective action, and performance reviews: help the crew thrive Ensure adequate staffing for all shifts and coverage during absences. 2. Inspections & Reporting Conduct weekly property inspections of all assigned communities. Document findings in a weekly inspection report Internal and external communications of findings and recommendations Identify service opportunities and present them to leadership. 3. Operations & Inventory Management Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, tools, and PPE. Place supply orders as needed and keep within budget. Track usage to minimize waste and loss. Ensure equipment is operational and report repair/replacement needs. 4. Customer & Client Relations Serve as the primary contact for property managers regarding cleaning services. Respond promptly to service requests, complaints, and feedback. Maintain professional communication and build trust with maintenance and property managers. Escalate client issues to leadership when necessary. 5. Compliance & Safety Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals. Conduct monthly safety checks and toolbox talks with staff. Report all incidents, accidents, or hazards immediately to leadership and log appropriately. 6. Administration & Leadership Support Maintain timesheets, attendance logs, and payroll approvals.

Maintain weekly reports summarizing:

Staff attendance and hours validated Inspection findings and corrective actions Opportunities and proposals Inventory status and orders placed Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new janitorial employees. Support leadership in operational improvements and special projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in cleaning supervision, construction, or property maintenance or similar fields.

Skills:

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, people management, inventory control.

Knowledge:

Understanding of cleaning procedures, procurement processes, and safety regulations.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple properties.

Language:

Bilingual (Spanish & English) required to effectively communicate with contractors and property managers.

Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle client and tenant interactions professionally.
