The Facility Planner supports master planning, facility planning, medical planning, and space management for active healthcare facility renovation and new construction. The Senior Facility Planner provides project management on these activities and mentors the planning team. Key Responsibilities Provide project management on master planning, facility planning, medical planning, and space management activities. Assist on master planning, facility planning, medical planning, and space management. Develop space plans and test fits aligned with federal healthcare planning criteria and clinical/operational requirements. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, equipment planners, and clinical stakeholders. Maintain document control and management for planning deliverables. Apply Revit, CADD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu/Adobe Pro on day-to-day deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher.
Senior Facility Planner :
Education can be substituted for 8 years of experience;
Facility Planner :
5 years substitution allowed.
Senior Facility Planner :
5 years of experience in technical project coordination, preferably in architectural design, master planning, facility planning, and/or medical planning.
Facility Planner :
3 years of experience in technical project coordination in similar fields. Proficient in Revit, CADD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu/Adobe Pro. Experience in document control and management. Healthcare, federal, or hospital project experience preferred. Federal Contract Requirements Some local travel within the Palo Alto service area is part of normal duties. Tier 1 Low Risk / Non-Sensitive background investigation (NACI / SF-85) required prior to assignment. Must abide by all client facility rules, security procedures, and safety regulations. Employees represent themselves as contracted personnel, not federal employees, and do not perform inherently governmental functions. Location On-site, Palo Alto, CA.
