We specialize in tires, alignments, brakes, oil changes, and full-service auto repair. Position Summary We are looking for a driven Service Manager to lead store operations, grow sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage a team, drive performance, and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and meet monthly revenue and profit goals Manage daily shop operations and workflow Lead, train, and motivate service advisors and technicians Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalations Monitor KPIs (ARO, labor hours, tire sales, productivity) Ensure quality work, timely service, and shop efficiency Maintain inventory, vendor relationships, and scheduling Enforce safety, cleanliness, and company standards Qualifications 3+ years in automotive service or management Strong sales and customer service background Proven leadership and team management skills Knowledge of tires and general auto repair Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonuses Growth opportunities within a locally owned business Employee discounts on tires and services Supportive, team-oriented environment

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
