If you are a hands-on leader with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of residential properties, we'd love to hear from you!
Compensation :
Starting at $27-29 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and safety of the property by:
Service Requests & Repairs :
Oversee and complete service requests, troubleshoot repair issues, and perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
Preventative Maintenance :
Manage and perform regular maintenance for HVAC systems, plumbing, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and more.
Seasonal & Pool Maintenance :
Handle seasonal maintenance tasks, including swimming pool opening/closing and irrigation system maintenance.
Health & Safety :
Ensure all safety and health systems (such as sprinklers and smoke detectors) are in working order and comply with regulations.
Team Leadership & Supervision :
Lead the maintenance team, delegate tasks, evaluate staff performance, and maintain team morale.
Property Inspections :
Regularly inspect the grounds, common areas, and individual units to ensure all are in good condition.
Communication :
Coordinate with residents regarding service requests and communicate with management about community concerns or violations.
Specific Tasks Include:
Plumbing :
Repair/replace faucets, pipes, water heaters, toilets, dishwashers, and more.
Electrical :
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including switches, outlets, and climate control systems.
Drywall & Painting :
Patch holes, perform touch-ups, and repaint between resident turnovers.
Appliance Repair :
Fix or replace household appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, washers, and dryers.
Lock & Key Installations :
Ensure locks are properly installed and maintained.
Qualifications:
Experience :
1-2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience
Certifications :
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and HVAC certification a plus.
Software :
Proficiency in YardiSoftware is a plus .
Personal Traits :
Strong leadership skills, ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Other Requirements :
