Position Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance team inclusive of hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities on technical advancements This employee will be responsible for department budgeting, including all maintenance and repair cost centers, building, parts, outside services and departmental labor The Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational as well as supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting You will champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis and other appropriate continuous improvement tools The Maintenance Manger participates in and supports the Environment Health and Safety Program, shop safety inspections, enforcement of lock-out/tag-out program and other Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certificate with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience :
Master's Degree
