This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a maintenance professional who enjoys overseeing property operations, supporting maintenance technicians, coordinating vendors, and ensuring residential or commercial properties are maintained to high standards. The Maintenance Manager-Property will help keep buildings safe, efficient, attractive, and well maintained while working closely with property management, vendors, technicians, residents, and tenants. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for assigned residential or commercial properties.
- Lead, support, and coordinate maintenance technicians to ensure work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance are completed efficiently.
- Inspect properties, buildings, systems, and grounds to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and service priorities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property management teams to complete repairs, projects, and compliance-related work.
- Respond to maintenance issues, resident or tenant concerns, and urgent repair needs with professionalism and a customer-service mindset.
