Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of automotive engineering or similar experience, OR Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, business management, or related field with 4 years of related experience Previous lead or supervisory experience preferredAdditional Requirements:
Commercial driver's license desired Ability to work any shift, days, including weekends and holidays Work involves inspection in areas where heavy equipment is in operation and where fumes from buses and other vehicles are present. Some climbing and lifting is required for inspection of completed assignments. Ability to work around heavy equipment, vehicle fumes, noise, and other environmental conditions Positions in this job classification are considered safety sensitive and are subject to drug and alcohol testing, including but not limited to pre-employment testing, post-accident testing and random testing, under Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) drug and alcohol regulations, and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 655.
