Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor-Property for a direct hire opportunity in Canyon Country, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who takes pride in keeping residential or commercial properties safe, attractive, efficient, and well maintained. The Maintenance Supervisor-Property will partner closely with property management, vendors, technicians, residents, and tenants to ensure maintenance operations run smoothly and service requests are handled with professionalism and urgency. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property maintenance operations, including repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and service request completion.
- Supervise, schedule, and support maintenance technicians and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality work.
- Partner with property management to address building needs, resident or tenant concerns, safety priorities, and capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate vendor services, review work quality, and ensure maintenance activities meet property standards and operational requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning property environment by identifying issues, prioritizing repairs, and following up through completion.
- Support inventory control, maintenance documentation, compliance standards, and continuous improvement of property maintenance processes. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
