Position Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, safety, and functionality of the club's facilities and equipment. This role ensures that all systems operate efficiently and that the club environment remains clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations of the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs Manage and schedule maintenance staff and external vendors Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards Conduct routine inspections of the facility and equipment Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and expenses Coordinate special projects, renovations, and upgrades Qualifications 3-5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience (preferably in hospitality, fitness, or club environment) Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed Relevant certifications (EPA, HVAC, or similar) preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
