In this pivotal role, you will oversee the upkeep and operational efficiency of our manufacturing plant, ensuring all equipment, systems, and infrastructure function seamlessly. Your leadership will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. The ideal candidate is passionate about industrial maintenance, possesses strong management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where proactive problem-solving and team collaboration are essential. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime and reduce downtime. Lead a team of technicians by providing clear guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing maintenance department. Oversee troubleshooting of complex machinery using schematics, electrical diagrams, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities around manufacturing schedules, minimizing impact on operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage, low voltage, and industrial electrical systems while maintaining a safe work environment. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or equipment installation using project management best practices. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory in CMMS software. Monitor facility systems including HVAC and electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Collaborate with external contractors or vendors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary. Experience Proven supervising experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities with a strong background in facilities management. Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience covering both high voltage and low voltage systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and troubleshooting complex machinery. Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) for scheduling, work order tracking, and reporting purposes. Strong leadership skills demonstrated through managing teams effectively while fostering a safety-first culture. Knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial maintenance best practices is highly desirable. Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing for documentation and team coordination purposes. Experience managing projects within manufacturing environments that require coordination across multiple departments.
