Job Description
With over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, we are a trusted partner in the property management industry. We are looking for an experiencedMaintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Brix 325 Apartments, located in Santa Rosa, CA! As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to: Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff Managing system for handling resident service requests Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more! Qualifications At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred! Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units! Must have experience in all trades. As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties. Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation and Benefits $34-$36/hour DOE Monthly bonuses Company profit sharing Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year 10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year 40 Hours of Paid Sick Time 401K with employer match
