The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to lead a team while maintaining a clean and efficient vehicle lot. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all detailing activities to ensure vehicles are clean, polished, and show-ready. Organize and maintain the vehicle lot, ensuring all cars are properly positioned and accounted for. Oversee lot inventory control and communicate vehicle availability with sales and service departments. Supervise and train detailing staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Schedule and prioritize detailing work to meet dealership demands and deadlines. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of lot equipment and detailing tools. Requirements Previous experience in vehicle detailing, lot management, or related automotive roles preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
