WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A HOME APPLIANCE SERVICE MANAGER?
In this management role, you'll begin your day at our central Torrance hub, where you prepare to lead your team into the field. Your responsibilities will include managing technician performance, providing hands-on technical support, and ensuring that all service work meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for monitoring budgets, controlling labor costs, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. In addition to supervising field operations, you will also handle administrative duties, assist with recruiting and training new team members, and contribute to business development initiatives.
WHEN WILL YOU WORK?
This is a full-time management position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR HOME APPLIANCE SERVICE MANAGER?
10+ years of experience in residential appliance service and repairs (Wolf, Sub-Zero, Bosch) Valid driver's license and a good driving record Extensive experience in warranty work, safety, quality control, business development and customer care
