Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring optimal operation of the hotel and all of the guest rooms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance activities, manage a team of engineers, and implement innovative solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge, and experience with managing either hotel or similar complexes. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the property, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage equipment, utilizing schematics and technical manuals Maintain facility infrastructure such as HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical panels to ensure safety and operational efficiency Implement projects related to facilities management, including upgrades or modifications to improve productivity or safety standards Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting inspections, risk assessments, and safety training for maintenance staff Skills Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments with strong leadership capabilities Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in hotel maintenance tasks Proficiency in electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage wiring; ability to interpret schematics Experience with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and building systems operations Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination Supervising experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on safety and quality standards Join us as a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance efforts with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm!
