Responsibilities:

•Job Responsibilities Include•: + Ensure the safety of the facilities department by developing, reviewing, and revising operating procedures. + Oversee the implementation of park and department policies and procedures + Maintain documentation of training certifications, maintenance and safety standards. + Develop and maintain daily operation and rehab projects. + Lead and schedule all assigned facilities shops to ensure all work assignments are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. + Preparing and coordinating all tools, equipment, and materials required for projects. + Working to continuously improve employee morale + Handling team member questions and concerns. + Lead, discipline, motivate and manage staff to achieve department goals.

•The ideal candidate must possess•: + Experience in leading the team with projects + Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. + Strong motivational, leadership, and team building skills. + Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation. + Good organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator. + An enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude and enjoy working with people. + Valid CA driver license. + Ability to operate a variety of equipment (cleaning equipment, tractor, sweeper truck, etc.) + Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
