KNOWLEDGE OF
• Journeyman level knowledge in the skilled trade of Heating/Air Conditioning/ Refrigeration, and from two skilled trades (one from Painting, Glazing, or Carpentry and one from Plumbing or Electrical). • The equipment, tools, terms and methods used in building and equipment maintenance and in construction.
EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of two years paid experience in building maintenance and construction, painting, glazing and carpentry, plus four years in heating/air conditioning/refrigeration, plumbing and electrical. • Possession of a valid California Driver's License Requirements / Qualifications
