• Crew Leadership Lead and manage daily field operations Assign tasks clearly and efficiently to crew members Maintain accountability for attendance, performance, and professionalism Coach and train employees on proper landscaping techniques and company standards Build a positive, disciplined, and productive team culture Resolve conflicts professionally and immediately

• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and client expectations Monitor job progress, timelines, and efficiency throughout the day Conduct final walkthroughs before leaving each property Prevent rework by maintaining attention to detail Ensure clean and organized jobsites at all times
• Communication Communicate effectively with office staff, management, and clients Provide daily updates on project progress, delays, material needs, and crew performance Address client concerns professionally and respectfully Represent the company in a professional manner at all timesDecision Making
