Maintenance Supervisor - Luxury Vacation Rentals We are a very exclusive luxury rental management company with dynamic culture and vision seeking a year-round, full-time team member to help oversee the maintenance and logistics of our high-end homes. We are looking for someone who is amazing at problem-solving, professional, loves working with their hands, and is mechanically inclined. A commitment to safety, and an eye for detail is a must, as is a warm, team-oriented and customer-oriented personality. Availability during high seasons and weekends is critical. Salary would be on par with experience and qualifications, but would land somewhere between $28 and $36 per hour, as well as a luxury company vehicle, necessary tool provisions, medical reimbursement plan, paid vacation, and 401k with matching. Vendor management / coordination. Periodic project management. Periodic home inspections and other checks. General errands, picking up supplies, home or project meetings, etc. Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in English with strong communication skills. Highly trustworthy, honest, dependable, and safety conscience. Positive (can-do) attitude. Must have an attitude that brings company culture up...not down. Team oriented, working well with others. Possessing a broad set of trade/maintenance skills and experience. Must be mechanically inclined and able to solve problems and create solutions. Must be organized, work efficiently, and be strong at follow through and communication. This position is essential for maintaining operational excellence within our organization.
