Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Facilities Maintenance professional to support our team in Northern Colorado. In this role, you will take ownership of daily facility maintenance operations, equipment oversight, and project coordination to help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of building systems, preventative maintenance, and vendor management. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day facility maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs. Based on general knowledge.

Monitor and maintain building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical equipment. Based on general knowledge.

Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Based on general knowledge.

Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Based on general knowledge.

Support small to mid-sized facility improvement projects, including planning, scheduling, and follow-up. Based on general knowledge.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and compliance documentation. Based on general knowledge.

Help ensure facility operations meet safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Based on general knowledge.

Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for operational improvement. Based on general knowledge.

Assist with inventory management for maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies. Based on general knowledge.

Serve as a point of contact for facility-related issues and respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs. Based on general knowledge.
