Denver Job Overview We're hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands‑on maintenance team in a high‑volume food/bakery manufacturing environment . This role focuses on equipment reliability, safety, and minimizing downtime while coaching technicians and supporting continuous improvement. What You'll Do Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians and mechanics Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC issues Prioritize and track work orders using a CMMS Support continuous operations and respond to equipment breakdowns Coach, train, and develop the maintenance team Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMPs, and food safety standards Partner with production and quality teams to reduce downtime Support equipment upgrades, installs, and reliability projects What You Need High School Diploma or GED 5+ years industrial or food manufacturing maintenance experience 2+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with conveyors and industrial equipment CMMS experience Ability to work 12‑hour shifts , weekends, and emergency coverage Preferred Associate degree or technical certification Bakery or food manufacturing equipment experience HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, hydraulics, pneumatics Welding and basic PLC troubleshooting Three‑phase power and motor controls experience Why Join Us Compensation up to $100,000 Stable, established food manufacturing operation Lead and mentor an experienced maintenance team Ongoing equipment upgrades and improvement projects Structured 12‑hour scheduling Work Environment Food manufacturing facility with high‑volume production equipment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $89316.00 - $102713.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
