- Full-time The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and working alongside the maintenance team to support daily operations within a fast-paced metal fabrication and manufacturing environment.

HANDS-ON MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING 20
% Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of fabrication and production equipment including welders, CNC and fabrication equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air compressors and material handling equipment. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects. Support preventive maintenance activities on production and facility equipment. Diagnose recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DAILY COORDINATION 20
% Lead and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians. Prioritize and assign maintenance work orders based on production needs. Train and mentor maintenance team members on equipment, safety, and troubleshooting techniques. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and with high quality. Communicate equipment status and repair timelines with production leadership. Promote accountability, teamwork, and professionalism within the maintenance team.PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE & WORK SCHEDULING 20
% Help maintain and improve preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and facility systems. Coordinate maintenance work to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations. % Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with company safety policies. Identify and correct unsafe equipment or facility conditions immediately. Support lockout/tagout procedures and safe machine servicing practices. Maintain organized and safe maintenance work areas.
