The LPI Maintenance Supervisor (LPIMSV) oversees field maintenance execution across assigned sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work that supports fleet reliability and uptime. This role translates maintenance strategy into disciplined field operations while directly supervising crews and managing day-today maintenance for Gas Services, Compression Services, and DOT transportation equipment. Reporting to the LPI Maintenance Manager (LPIMM), the LPIMSV executes maintenance schedules, coordinates personnel, tools, and equipment, and ensures alignment with company standards and operational priorities. The LPIMSV is accountable for workforce supervision, work order compliance, and quality control, ensuring that all maintenance is completed and verified before equipment is returned to service. The role maintains clear communication with the LPIMM regarding crew needs, field issues, and equipment readiness, while reinforcing safety and regulatory compliance, supporting team development, and driving continuous improvement through consistent, high-quality field execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience maintaining and managing on-time delivery of an equipment maintenance schedule. Experience in managing skill levels to meet on-time delivery schedules. Management experience of multilevel groups greater than six. 4-5 years of oil and gas service experience. Gas supply and distribution equipment, mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background preferred. Must pass the CNG certification from the Railroad Commission of Texas. Patience Flexibility Primary Responsibilities:
Performs work tasks safely. Performs asset check-in processes on incoming units to include LMI, diagnostic/troubleshooting, parts request for parts, and reviews open work orders/projects. Works with Parts/Warehouse for timely parts fulfillment. Communicates shared or 3rd-party resource needs to LPIMSC. Maintains and meets pre-planned maintenance schedules. Communicates production needs and timelines to the team. Updates LPIMSC on changes to the maintenance schedule as work is completed ahead of or behind schedule. Reviews maintenance-related NPT and communicates solutions to both maintenance and operational teams. Performs QC and verification of on-time completed units. Provides assistance and training to assigned team members. Understands equipment upgrades or project needs and organizes the team to complete projects as assigned by LPIMM. Identifies efficiency improvement opportunities and facilitates the development of improvement plans. Implements and complies with maintenance programs through maintenance software and equipment analytics. Improves the reliability and efficiency of the maintenance processes. Works with additional internal and external resources as provided by LPIMM to ensure production goals are met.
