Your Role:

Oversee the daily maintenance operations of the facility and grounds Ensure building safety and compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections Coordinate and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and emergency systems Prepare the facility for surveys and inspections Supervise maintenance staff and vendors as needed Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Who We're Looking For:

Previous maintenance leadership experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or long-term care Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance Understanding of healthcare safety and compliance standards Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Passionate about creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff Ready for a Rewarding Career?
