Clarificion from the agency Open to members of the Colorado Army Nional Guard. Duties Help Plans overall allocion of personnel and resources for the organizion. Ensures accomplishment of work operions which because of their scope, volume, and complexity are planned on a year or longer basis. Explains work requirements to subordine supervisors, sets deadlines and sequence of operions. Recommends promotion or reassignment of subordine supervisors and reviews personnel actions prepared by supervisors. Develops, publishes, and ensures employee compliance with standing opering procedures for the activity supervised. Prepares for and participes in various types of readiness evaluions, inspections, mobilizion and command support exercises. Performs other duties as assigned. Compible Military Assignment:
90, 800, or 900 series MOS. May be required to successfully complete a probionary period. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. For positions requiring the operion for motor vehicle, candides must have a valid ste driver's license for the ste in which they live or are principally employed. Experience diagnosing, repairing, overhauling, and modifying interconnected complex systems on a variety of comb, tactical, commercial, special purpose vehicles, and equipment. 3. Experience working with ste of the art electrical, electronic, complex hydraulic, pneumic, and other major non-mechanical systems th have a functional relionship and effect on the operion of major mechanical systems. 4. Experienced working with hydraulic lifting, loading, turning, and positioning systems and their mechanical, hydraulic, pneumic, electrical, and electronic controls. 5. Experience developing or improvise methods, alter parts, and make repairs in the absence of technical guidelines (such as modifying parts to fit and mesh into systems for which the parts were not designed); improvise modificions to equipment to correct recurring malfunctions; and design modificions to meet special test requirements or other special needs. 6. Experience which demonstres the ability to plan, direct, and organize work assignments for lower grade personnel. 7. Experience which required the review of work requirements and establish priorities to meet deadlines. 8. Experience which demonstres the ability to supervise or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced by the ability to communice knowledge of general supervisory concepts, and knowledge of shop processes. .
