Job Description

Colorado Car Care - Lincoln & Downhill is looking for an experienced Automotive Shop Foreman to help lead the technical side of one of our automotive repair shops. This is a working foreman role . You will stay involved in inspections, diagnostics, repairs, quality control, and technician support while helping keep the back of the shop productive, organized, and consistent. The right person for this role is a strong technician who takes pride in doing repairs correctly, enjoys helping other technicians improve, and can keep work moving without lowering standards. You should be confident diagnosing vehicles, comfortable answering technical questions, and able to hold a high standard for quality and efficiency. This is a good fit for someone who wants real technical leadership responsibility while still staying close to the work. What You'll Do Lead the technical flow of the shop, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and quality control. Help technicians solve problems, improve their skills, and follow strong repair standards. Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs as needed. Review completed work for safety, accuracy, and quality. Help reduce comebacks by catching issues early and coaching technicians when needed. Keep the back of the shop organized, safe, clean, equipped, and ready for work. Contribute to weekly billed-hour goals while helping the team improve overall production. What We're Looking For Strong automotive diagnostic and repair experience. Ability to produce quality work while also helping others improve. Confidence coaching technicians and addressing quality issues directly and professionally. Strong attention to detail, safety, and repair standards. Dependable Monday through Friday attendance. Ability to work from a process, follow standards, and improve the team around you. You'll Do Well Here If You Are the person other technicians already come to when they are stuck. Care about fixing vehicles correctly, not just getting them out the door. Like solving technical problems and teaching others how to solve them. Want leadership responsibility without moving completely away from the tools. Prefer clear expectations, measurable goals, and a shop that is focused on getting better. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
