Job Description

Overview Seeking an energetic part-time jack of all trades with excellent people skills to maintain the building and be of assistance to the tenants when needed. Close proximity to the building is essential for managing emergencies or urgent situations. If you enjoy fixing things and serving people, you may be a good fit for this role. This job requires the ability to go up and down stairs and lift moderate weights up to 50 lbs.
