We are looking to hire someone with experience and proficiency in the following fields: HVAC and CPO Certifications are a MUST!) Plumbing Electrical Hot water heaters Drywall Appliance repairs Apartment turnover (scheduling techs, vendors, and following up for quality control) Customer satisfaction attitude The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and insurance. Strong leadership qualities and team-building skills are necessary for success.
