Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate shop activities to ensure efficient workflow. Manage scheduling of repairs and maintenance services for vehicles. Train and mentor service technicians to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the shop. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and updates. Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies to ensure availability. Maintain accurate records of work performed and manage data entry tasks.

Qualifications:

Master Technician Status Proven experience in an automotive service environment, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Previous mechanical experience is needed preferably Stellantis Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scheduling software or systems is a plus.
