The Maintenance Director / Environmental Services Director will report to the Executive Director with further support from the Regional Director of Facilities. This position is an exempt, salaried position.
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $84,000
Yearly Job Overview:
Planning, organizing, developing, and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the community. Maintains the community to be a safe, clean, and comfortable environment The Maintenance Director / Environmental Services Director will plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the department, including its maintenance, repair, and housekeeping programs and activities. This role ensures the efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements of the assigned community.
