Job Description

Director of Maintenance We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Maintenance Director to lead all aspects of plant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring the facility's building systems are fully operational, and maintaining compliance with safety, life safety, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations and preventative maintenance programs Ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are fully operational Maintain compliance with safety, life safety, and regulatory standards Manage vendors, repairs, and facility projects Lead and support maintenance staff
Requirements:
Prior experience in maintenance leadership (healthcare setting a plus) Strong knowledge of building systems and life safety codes Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized Ability to respond to emergencies as needed Why Join Us?
