New Haven, CT Job Details Full-time $60,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Hospitality Management Operations management Employee training Mid-level Staff training POS systems Full Job Description We are currently looking for a experienced floor manager who would like to join us while we reopen & redesign a neighborhood gem. This role is for those passionate about great service, true hospitality, quality comfort food & community. Answers to the Director of Operations & Culinary Director. Approx. 3/4 Dinners and 3/4 lunches. 2/3 days off. We are able to be flexible for the right candidate.
Approx:
45-50 HRS Bonus structure and complimentary meals + discounts. Great positive working environment! Room for growth for the right person. Must have structured daily goals, train and uphold staff to standards daily, maintain online menus, POS and specials etc. Must have excellent references and good clean work history. NO DRUGS or
