The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled handyman/woman with a minimum of 3-5 years of related general maintenance experience. This position is responsible for the maintenance and janitorial upkeep of a 68 unit apartment complex in Newington, CT. The individual must be a motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic, be organized with attention to detail, be able to work independently, possess strong communication skills, be proficient with all basic work tools and able to perform general routine property maintenance and inspections as assigned and take pride in a job well done. This individual will also direct trades workers as needed at the property. Must have a truck or a vehicle capable of carrying work materials. Will be responsible for emergency on call. Required education:
High school or equivalent
Qualifications:
