Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years related maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• 3 years management experience in a manufacturing plant.
• This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Job Summary The position will apply Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement initiatives to manage the physical infrastructure of the plant and its equipment. This includes the design, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, construction, safety, and protection of the physical facilities and equipment used to manufacture technologically sophisticated products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to:

• Assess and prioritize
• understands business and operation; assesses emergent needs alongside planned interventions and adjusts based on priority; uses data to make right decisions and can justify them as nee.
