What You'll Do:

Lead daily service department operations Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards Build a positive, high-performance service culture

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven success in high-volume service operations Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack experience preferred) High School Diploma or GED required (college preferred) Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore Apply today and elevate your Service Management career-professionally and personally.
