  • Fleet Maintenance & Operations Manager
  • to help shape the future of its fleet operation. This is not about stepping into a fixed system. This is about helping create one. If you have led teams before, you already know what works and what does not. The question is, are you ready to build it the right way from the start?
  • What You Will Lead
  • Help hire, train, and develop the team, then, Grow and guide your team of mechanics
  • Build processes, workflow, and maintenance plans
  • Work with leadership to shape the department - INCLUDING the new shop building which is set to break ground shortly.
  • Support planning of a new shop and future growth AND Keep operations safe, organized, and consistent
  • What You Get
  • $90,000 to $120,000 salary - depending upon experience

  • MUST HAVE
  • Experience Managing Fleet Maintenance Operations
  • Strong diesel & technical background
  • Must have excellent "Communication & People Skills"
  • Must be a "Self-Starter" and Talented Multi-Tasker
  • Able to build processes and structure
  • Clean driver's license for the past 4+ years
  • Proven ability to lead and improve teams
  • Must Have Experience with Leading and Mentoring Several Direct Reports
  • Must be able to pass basic background check, physical exam, and standard drug screen
