The ideal candidate for this position will have expertise in multi-family housing including team over-site, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge.
Job Duties:
Manage daily operations and maintenance at your property including assigning and completing work orders, completing routine maintenance and repairs Maintain HVAC systems & property grounds Manage & lead your maintenance team and provide coaching when needed Completing timely make readies and turns Ensure property goals are met including efficient, on-time turns, and budgetary goals Provide excellent customer service to residents
Qualifications:
3+ years maintenance experience (property management/multi-family housing experience is preferred) 3+ years in a supervisory role EPA license Hands on experience working in apartment maintenance Must have valid driver's license Must be available for on-call Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following: Walking or standing for extended periods of time Operating assigned equipment and vehicles Must be able to lift 50 lbs This position offers a compensation package including competitive market pay, benefits and additional discounts.
