Duties Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure high standards of work. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule preventive and predictive maintenance activities effectively. Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including high voltage and low voltage equipment, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Manage mechanical systems such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), pumps, motors, schematics interpretation, and industrial machinery to maximize uptime. Coordinate with project management teams on facility upgrades, renovations, or new installations involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components. Conduct regular inspections using tools like ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset conditions, and safety inspections while ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Lead emergency response efforts related to facilities issues or equipment failures to minimize downtime and operational impact. Skills Proven management experience leading large maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical expertise in both high voltage and low voltage systems. Proficiency in using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting. Extensive experience with CMMS platforms for scheduling work orders, tracking assets, and analyzing maintenance data. Knowledge of HVAC systems operation and troubleshooting techniques for industrial settings. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and automation systems integration. Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex facility projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership capabilities with supervisory experience in fast-paced environments—motivating teams toward continuous improvement.
