Position Offered By No Fee Agency Maintenance Supervisor Industry:
Installation, Maintenance & Repair Schedule:
Permanent Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00
PM Compensation:
$60,000 - $78,000 per year
Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring production equipment and facility systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preventative Maintenance:
Oversee and continuously improve the preventative maintenance program, including new equipment integration and urgent repairs.
Team Leadership:
Supervise maintenance staff, assist with budgeting for projects, and mentor team members to achieve optimal efficiency.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair plant machinery including pumps, valves, mixers, motors, and packaging systems to minimize downtime.
Organization & Standards:
Maintain accurate records and implement workplace organization standards such as 5S and PLC programming.
Safety & Upkeep:
Identify and resolve safety-related maintenance issues while supporting general facility compliance and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Experience:
4-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
Must have experience programming PLCs and working with 5S facility standards.
Physical:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently and have reliable transportation.
Education:
