as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager and help lead our dedicated team in ensuring the highest standards of aircraft safety and performance. Located in beautiful Daytona Beach, FL, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee aircraft maintenance operations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations. Manage and schedule maintenance activities for timely aircraft servicing. Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control standards. Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for regulatory compliance. Ensure effective communication with customers regarding maintenance status and updates. Produce repair estimates, invoices, and other documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in aircraft maintenance management or a similar role. FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required. Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
