Maintenance Assistant Manager DeBary, FL Job Details Full-time $14 - $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Carpentry Computer operation Computer literacy Mid-level Driver's License Electrical experience Team management Plumbing Driving HVAC Computer skills Maintenance management Full Job Description Immediate opening for Maintenance assistant manager for RV park in Debary. Must have basic knowledge of RV's , residential level electric, plumbing, carpentry, and basic HVAC experience a must. Lift station experience a plus. Basic computer skills and able to manage others and assist Manager on a day to day basis. Working alongside the Beautiful St. Johns River around rental units, rental boats, clubhouse, and laundry facilities.. Clean and valid Florida drivers license required. Please experienced only apply.
