Maintenance manager
Equipment & Infrastructure OwnershipOversee maintenance of all plant equipment, processing systems, critical utilities (boiler, refrigeration), and facility infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Facility Projects & StartupsManage facility upkeep and support all capital improvement projects, equipment commissioning, and facility restarts.
Vendor & Team ManagementCoordinate with vendors/OEMs for repairs and technical support; lead, develop, and ensure safety compliance of the maintenance team.
Systems & ComplianceImplement and manage the CMMS, streamline work order processes, track maintenance KPIs, and ensure strict safety and regulatory compliance across all operations.

This role ensures the reliability, safety, and performance of all production, processing, utility, and facility systems. The Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in restarting an idle facility by establishing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating equipment startup and repairs, and building a sustainable maintenance function. The role is responsible for managing internal maintenance staff and external contractors, including OEMs and service providers.Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Reliability Lead all facility maintenance, reliability (PPM/PdM), and repair activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize unplanned downtime. o Mechanical, electrical, and process systems o Boiler and ammonia refrigeration systems o Preventive maintenance and reliability programs Experience implementing or managing CMMS systems. Experience working with OEMs and external service providers. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate effectively in a startup or restart environment Shift & Scheduling Expectations This is a site-based leadership role supporting a manufacturing operation. While the role is not assigned to a specific shift, flexibility is required to support plant operations, including early startup phases, equipment commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. Availability outside of standard business hours may be required to address critical equipment issues, support maintenance activities, or ensure operational continuity.
