Job Description

Mechanical Maintenance Lead Bulk Cement Terminal Commissioning — Operations This position is hired under the Operations department and carries a dual mandate. From day one through terminal handover, you will be fully dedicated to mechanical commissioning activities, embedded alongside the Projects team across SIWERTELL, AUMUND, IBAU, and DCL equipment startup. Once commissioning is complete and the terminal transitions to full operations, you will shift into your permanent role as Mechanical Maintenance Lead for the Operations team — building and leading the crew responsible for keeping all mechanical systems running reliably at a bulk cement import terminal.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This is a long-term career role, not just a commissioning contract. We need someone who can get this terminal across the mechanical finish line and then own the results for years to come. Bulk cement equipment is specialized — we need someone who has actually turned a wrench on this type of machinery. You understand the abrasive, dusty, demanding nature of cement handling and have the leadership ability to build a team from the ground up once handover is complete. If you've commissioned a facility and stayed to run it, we want to talk to you.
