Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our manufacturing facilities. This role involves overseeing all aspects of industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, to maintain safety, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, technical expertise in industrial systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across manufacturing facilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and high voltage systems Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to safety standards and schedules Lead a team of technicians by providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to HVAC systems, electrical work, and industrial machinery Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history Collaborate with facilities management to optimize operational workflows and infrastructure upgrades Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment for precise troubleshooting Coordinate with management to prioritize tasks based on operational needs and resource availability Skills Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical expertise in low and high voltage systems Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and schematics interpretation Experience using CMMS software for maintenance scheduling and recordkeeping Knowledge of HVAC systems and facilities management practices Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals fluently in English Demonstrated supervising experience with leadership qualities that motivate teams Skilled in project management with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing Understanding of industrial safety standards related to high voltage and low voltage systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting This role is integral to maintaining the reliability of our manufacturing operations through expert supervision of maintenance processes.
