Property Caretaker

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Property Caretaker to oversee the maintenance and overall safety of residential or commercial properties. This role is vital in ensuring properties remain in excellent condition, well-maintained, and fully functional. As a Property Caretaker, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, cleaning, handling repairs, and coordinating maintenance activities to uphold the property's value and integrity.

• 18 an hour for shipping products(15-20) Hours Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or security concerns.

Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and general upkeep to ensure properties are well-maintained. Manage and execute repairs using skills like welding, electrical work, or mechanical knowledge, adhering to schematics and technical diagrams. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for accountability and future planning. Skills knowledge with experience electrical or plumbing issues.
