Monday - Friday HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Supervise and lead maintenance technicians and grounds staff on daily operations Assign and monitor work orders, ensuring timely and quality completion Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems Perform and coordinate unit turns, inspections, and repairs to prepare apartments for new residents Ensure property compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, including emergency repairs as needed Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and controlling maintenance expenses Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and team members

Position Requirements:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment EPA Certification preferred (if applicable) Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills Ability to be on-call and respond to maintenance emergencies when required HH Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
