Lead, support, and inspire the maintenance team to keep our property running smoothly and beautifully. Oversee daily maintenance operations across guest suites, shared spaces, and resort facilities. Coordinate team schedules, assign priorities, and ensure projects are completed with care and efficiency. Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, functionality, and exceptional guest standards. Helpmaintainessential systems including pools, HVAC equipment, lighting, and building infrastructure. Support onboarding and hands-on training for maintenance team members, helping build confidence and consistency across the department. Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines, building codes, and company safety standards whilemaintainingorganized workspaces. Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment inventory to keep operations flowing seamlessly. Track maintenance progress, complete reports, and communicate updates with leadership as needed. Step in wherever needed to support the team and create a welcoming, worry-free guest experience. You're Great Because:
You bring at least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or property maintenance environments. You have hands-on experience with HVAC and mechanical systems, or relevant vocational/technical training. You'rea natural leader who communicates clearly and collaborates well with both team members and guests. You take pride in creating safe, well-maintained spaces that help people feel comfortable and cared for. You'reorganized, dependable, andconfidentbalancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'recomfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for scheduling, reporting, and communication. You'reflexible and ready to support operations during weekends, holidays, emergencies, or high-occupancy periods when needed. You enjoy being hands-on andaren'tafraid to roll up your sleeves to help the team succeed.
