Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a PT Overnight Hotel Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and comfort of our hotel facilities during overnight hours. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all building systems operate smoothly through proactive troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and other building infrastructure Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standards Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or contractors during repairs or upgrades Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to diagnose complex system problems accurately Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards while providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as manufacturing or building operations Strong electrical experience including working with schematics, PLCs, and using tools like ohmmeters Mechanical knowledge with skills in welding, residential painting, and general repair work Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting Supervising experience or leadership skills to oversee maintenance projects or teams effectively Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination Ability to interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings confidently This role offers an engaging environment where your technical skills will be valued daily.
