Job Description

•Relocation Assistance Provided Will oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the proper functioning of plant equipment and facilities. The responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, implementing preventive maintenance programs, coordinating repair schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role requires ensuring timely and effective maintenance processes to support production efficiency and equipment longevity. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and train maintenance staff effectively. Strong expertise in Maintenance Management and experience in managing maintenance operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure minimal downtime and consistent production efficiency. Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment and facilities, with an emphasis on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and operations. Knowledge of safety regulations and industrial standards as related to maintenance processes. Maintain Engineering standards in accordance with the latest industry and legal requirements for plant operations and capital projects Develop innovative solutions to drive energy costs down Maintain a fleet of mobile equipment that include: Electric Pallet Jacks, Sit down forklifts, Sweeper, and Front End Loader Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office CAD and SAP enterprise software desired Previous management and supervisory experience required. OSHA safety requirements Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience desired Education and/or experience: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is highly preferred Mechanical Electrical At least 8+ years of maintenance experience preferred
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
