$56,160 +

Cell Phone Allowance Schedule:

Monday - Friday

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform general maintenance and repairs Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling Pressure washing & aesthetic upkeep Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventory Conduct HOA property inspections Coordinate with vendors and contractors Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently Be available for on-call emergencies when needed

Buildings Sidewalks Parks & common areas Parking lot & walkway lighting Perimeter walls Mechanical equipment systems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous maintenance experience

REQUIRED

HOA/Condo Association experience preferred Strong communication & organizational skills Basic internet and computer proficiency Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Ability to lift at least 30 lbs Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
