- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor environments.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and tree care, ensuring high-quality standards are met across all projects. Your leadership will motivate and guide crew members, coordinate maintenance schedules, and implement best practices in horticulture and irrigation systems. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and irrigation system management Lead a team of landscapers and horticulture specialists, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of projects and routine upkeep Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetic appeal Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards while maintaining a safe work environment for staff Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand landscape design plans and execute maintenance accordingly Conduct quality inspections to ensure landscaping work meets company standards and client expectations Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care, gardening, and construction practices Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or landscape settings Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and general garden maintenance methods Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects efficiently Familiarity with equipment operation related to landscaping tools and machinery Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Certifications in horticulture, arboriculture (tree care), or irrigation systems are preferred but not mandatory Join us as a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to create vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire pride!
